Razem Możemy Więcej 2026 — work and integration for foreigners
A national programme, led by Vela with three partners, helping nearly 2,000 foreigners in Poland into work: career counselling, certified vocational courses, Polish classes and a Labour Law Academy.
"Razem Możemy Więcej" (Together We Can Do More) is the Polish government's programme for the professional activation and social integration of foreigners. In 2026 Vela is the lead partner (Lider) of a consortium with three partner organisations, aiming to reach nearly 2,000 foreigners in six months.
The programme combines individual career-activation consultations — counselling, CV support, individual development plans and job matching — with group sessions with a career adviser, certified vocational courses, Polish language courses and conversation groups.
Its Labour Law Academy teaches participants their rights under Polish employment law and how trade unions work, encouraging them to take part in worker organisations. In August 2026 alone, 74 new participants registered in Kraków: 11 in individual career consultations, 10 in group sessions and 99 in Polish certification prep courses and conversation groups.
